In order to expand the technical skillsets of our team and improve performance, our company founded the Mader University program. Using company-wide, small group and individual (one-on-one) training, the Mader University model presents material covering project management, field production and worker safety.

Mader University training is presented in classroom settings, in the field, and online. On occasion, instruction is provided by third-party companies to ensure program credibility when designating certifications. Because Mader’s project and field management teams have an average of more than two decades working with the company, Mader University is committed to managing an interactive, “middle-out” model – drawing from the experience of our leaders to promote effective and efficient means and methods.

Beyond technical, job-related training, Mader University aspires to be a core benefit for our associates – providing instruction in diverse topics like personal health and financial planning. The model is designed to better ensure our team members get the most out of their working experience at Mader Southeast.
