Our History
1984
Mader, originally from Buffalo, New York, established the original organization in Central Florida. Much of the early work supported the development of Epcot at Walt Disney World. After a few years, Mader returned to New York, separating Mader (located in Buffalo) and establishing Mader Southeast under Tom Johnson Senior’s management.
1984
1986
Mader Southeast preforms exterior and interior finishes on the Peabody Hotel. All exterior finishes were panelized/prefab offsite, making it one of the most significant prefabricated projects for an exterior system at the time.

1990 - 1994
Mader preforms the interior and exterior finish system for the Swan and Dolphin Hotel, completes Tower of Terror, begins Phase I of the Orange County Convention Center, and becomes Contractor at Islands of Adventure. These high-profile projects elevate Mader Southeast in the Central Florida market.
1990 - 1994
1995- 2000
